USA Customers

Update - Please click here

As of 29th August 2025, the United States Government announced a new Executive Order which outlined further changes to customs obligations and processes for goods being imported into the USA.

These changes affect all our USA customers who purchase goods from us here in the United Kingdom and subsequently import goods to the USA. New import duties and taxes are currently expected to come into effect on the 29th of August 2025.

Right now we do not know exactly what these charges will be but we expect the calculation to be made using a Harmonised Codes (description and type of goods) + country of manufacture (not country of origin).

Therefore for all USA shipments, the customer will be wholly responsible for paying all taxes and duties, that may apply, directly to the US Customs and Tax authorities.

We will not be responsible for any charges once the goods have left the United Kingdom. Our refund policy remains the same for returned goods. Please note that we are not responsible for any goods held by customs in the USA. In such circumstances no refunds will be given for items/orders held by US authorities against unpaid duties or any other taxes.

Import Duty/Tax – USA / Canada customs/importation fees are payable by the customer.

Rest of the World including: Australia, Bahrain, Brazil, China, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Serbia, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, UAE customs/importation fees are payable by the customer.

Customs – Vickers Motorcycles cannot be responsible for items held locally in customs for whatever reason. This includes any taxes due on returned goods. The customer is responsibility for all customs procedures, documentation and associated costs including any re-import duties on goods sold or being returned to or by customers outside the United Kingdom.

Security – For security reasons, orders will only be sent to a confirmed billing or delivery address.
