Voyager Universal Rack works with a bunch of different spec rear Mudguards/fenders

As the lugs are rubber mounted there is some tolerance in them for fixing to different diameter fenders - typically this would fit on a fender that is around a  tyre for a 15 or 16 inch diameter wheel - Triumph Bobber, Indian Scout Bobber, Typical Harleys as well as custom Japanese chops etc. 

Needless to say but satisfy yourself your mudguard is suitably robust enough to hold the rack and that the rack dimensions will fit your bike.
